Toughts from a coffee cup (while at KSTL)

Spend time with your kids, tomorrow they will be a day older.
Give your change to charity.
Sing out loud.
Have a favorite charity.
Pour yourself a cup of karma.
Spin the globe then pack your bags.
Life is short. Stay awake for it.
Be the first to apologize.
Lighten up.
Don't wait for New Year's to make a resolution.
Donate blood. You have plenty.
Dance in the rain.Get your hands dirty.
Savor every sip.
Marshmallows have no nutritional value, and thats ok.
Step 1: Rake leaves. Step 2: Jump.
